Tenant Screening
We use a point system for fairness to all applicants. We look at the history of income, work, past landlords and credit. We do all the paperwork and collections of all money abiding by all Laws.

Rent Collection
We make sure you get paid on time, every time. You no longer have to worry about rent showing up in your bank account because we take care of everything so you have to worry about nothing.

Maintenance
We personally go to the property upon move in and move out and shoot new photos that we share with the owners. We make recommendations and get bids for the owners approval before starting most work – we have a maintenance limit. We track all maintenance requests from start to finish online.

Financial Reporting
We give owners access to their records online and send them a report monthly of all their income and expenses. We regularly send the owners any collected money on the 5th, 10th, 15th, 20th, and 25th of the month to avoid long waits. Owners love this!

Eviction Protection
In the unfortunate event that a tenant needs to be evicted from your rental, we will cover the cost of a simple uncontested eviction (some restrictions apply) and ensure your investment is protected.
